Meet Suzanne Marie Baur
American born perfumer Suzanne Baur has worked in the fragrance industry in some form or fashion all of her life. The inspiration of her style and expertise comes from her commitment to world travel along with the desire to bring the most elegant and subtle fragrances to life. She has a passionate curiosity about the interplay between innovation and tradition, and a deep respect for the intelligent marriage of science and nature.
Suzanne has orchestrated the design and development of fragrances that are used at the Hotel Emma in San Antonio, Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas, Hotel Valencia Riverwalk in San Antonio; the Hotel Valencia Santana Row in San Jose; the Hotel Sorella at City Centre in Houston; the Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza in Kansas City; the Lone Star Court in Austin; the Hotel ZaZa in Dallas and Houston; Fisher Island Club Resort in Fisher Island, Florida; the Hotel Modera in Portland; the Standard High Line and the Standard East Village in NYC; the El Dorado in Santa Fe; and many other world class destinations. Her most recent custom designs are "Blue Luxe" created exclusively for The Blue Luxe Group for use in their luxury real estate properties and for their lifestyle branding as well as Antica Collection, a fragrance line developed to accent imported European antiques and decorative items. LABRIZ Co., a luxury fragrance company, Y Interiors, Ernesto’s Jewelery, EDEL Brand Lifestyle & Golf, Dos Carolinas; Numero Uno Brand Scent and Pietra Bella, a company specializing in diffuser products, are also her newest projects.
Through her association with one of the premier perfume houses in the country, along with her renowned custom candle producer who is responsible for creating products for the Ritz Carlton, Neiman Marcus and the Four Seasons Hotels, Suzanne Baur provides her clients with superior professional service - from fragrance concept and design to product development and creation.
